David Singer, President, has been a successful entrepreneur since 1992. A graduate of Arizona State University, David has created, built, and managed companies in such business segments as Advertising, Publishing, and Real Estate investing. He brings to NETVESTA an unwavering dedication and determination that is necessary to manage a successful business operation. David has always fully understood the most important rule in business – “service your customer,” and he realizes that he’s only as good as the team of talented people with whom he surrounds himself.

Terry Houghland, C.E.O, is an Internet visionary with an M.A. degree in management and 16 years of experience in middle and top-level management and 10 years experience in Internet Marketing. His vision for NETVESTA is a result of his experience and in teaching Internet Marketing at the college level.

Rick Weiss Web Manager

Professional with extensive background in sales and marketing, Sales Consultant Pat Rogers came to America at a very young age. She spent six years with the U.S. government implementing fitness programs in Germany and six years with the U.S. Army and Air Force implementing fitness programs in Colorado. She has served several years as general manager for Bally’s Total Fitness and has been the marketing director for several successful companies. One of her more exciting and challenging endeavors was opening and running a cyber café in Mexico! Working with people and seeing them come to their full potential is a joy to her!

Aaron Singer has been on the Netvesta Team since its launch and is a Research Specialist. He is also attending Arizona State University, working towards his degree in Communications and Business.

Is Organic Search Enough?

One topic that continues to capture the attention of both in-house search engine marketers and those at agencies is whether organic rankings can replace paid placement rankings. Weaning oneself from PPC (define) search listings when top organic listings have been achieved seems like a no-brainer. However, today I'll illustrate how pulling PPC ads after achieving high organic position may, in fact, be a very bad idea.

Many SEO (define) practitioners pitch that with their help, you, the marketer, can achieve a top organic position for your most valued keywords -- and kick the PPC search habit forever. It sounds very tempting, and getting top organic positions does have huge incremental value. This is particularly true if the page that ranks well contains a clear offer leading to a good conversion rate and site stickiness. Knock yourself out and engage in SEO because, unless your landing pages are horrid and result in a high abandonment rate, you'll benefit from the visibility and "free" traffic that only costs hours of work to achieve.
